Plithogenic Statistical Study of Environmental Audit and Corporate Social Responsibility in the Junín Region, Peru

Caring for the environment is a transversal task that concerns all professions, including accounting, with an emphasis on auditing; on the other hand, corporate social responsibility seeks efficiency between environmental, social, and economic aspects. This research aims to determine the relationship between environmental auditing and corporate social responsibility in the Junín Region, Peru. To meet this objective, surveys were applied to a randomly selected sample (121 Chartered Public Accountants) and interviews (12 Auditors attached to the Audit Chapter) as research instruments, the sample was obtained from the members of the College of Public Accountants of Junín, which made it possible through the Concurrent Triangulation Design to apply a holistic vision that allowed to compensate and strengthen the credibility of the investigation. To combine all these statistical results, the Plithogenic Statistic was used as a tool for processing the collected data. One of the advantages offered by the plithogenic theory is the possibility of combining knowledge from different sources, which allows us to capture the holistic and dynamic nature of the phenomena. In this case, there is a phenomenon that responds to different branches of knowledge that overlap in a complex way, such as the environmental and ecological aspect, with the economic-financial aspect, as well as the social and educational aspect, which present contradictory components among themselves.
Study of the Pampay Mass (burial of offering) at the summit of the Andean snow-capped mountain as an example of (t,i,f)-Neutrosophic social structure

The purpose of this research is to analyze the characteristics of the Mass Pampay ritual (burying an offering with special objects) of the peasants on the summit of the snow-capped Apu Razuhuillca located in the Andes of Peru at 4,800 meters above sea level as (t,i,f)-Neutrosophic social structure. The essence is to explain the syncretic relationship between the Catholic religion and the ancestral Andean philosophy that has survived over time for generations. The method of study is a survey of the natives and tourists, believer or not in the sacred power of the Apu (Andean God) that provides spiritual security to the pilgrims on special dates of the Andean calendar, which is July 31 of each year, the ceremony on the eve of the Andean custom to the branding of cattle in honor of the feast of “Taita Santiago”. We measure approximately the degree of certainty, ignorance, and contradiction which are present in this tradition
Perspectiva de la calidad de servicio en la enseñanza e-learning en estudiantes universitarios en Perú

La calidad de servicio no se mide por tener las mejores computadoras, mejores laboratorios, mejor infraestructura o los mejores docentes sino se mide por la satisfacción que percibe el estudiante al recibir la enseñanza. El objetivo principal fue analizar las perspectivas de la calidad de servicio en la enseñanza e-learning en estudiantes universitarios en Perú. La metodología sistematizada fue el método correlacional descriptivo de enfoque cuantitativo y corte transversal, se emplea el muestreo intencional, donde participaron 2.641 estudiantes de universidades estatales y particulares mediante una encuesta online de forma anónima y voluntaria, los datos obtenidos se analizaron mediante el programa SPSS. En los resultados se utiliza el análisis factorial combinatorio obteniendo el valor de Alfa de Cronbach (0.978), pruebas estadísticas válidas y fiables cuyos valores son aceptados para continuar con la investigación de la perspectiva de la calidad del servicio en la enseñanza e-learning, las pruebas estadísticas tienen valores sobresalientes de satisfactorio y muy satisfactorio. Se concluye que los estudiantes y docentes se adaptaron al servicio e-learning por etapas hasta lograr su plena satisfacción en función a las necesidades particulares.
Nivel de Dominio del Uso de las TIC y su relación con el rendimiento en estudiantes universitarios

El uso las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC) como parte del proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje de los estudiantes universitarios es cada vez más frecuente. En esta investigación se analiza el nivel de dominio que tienen los estudiantes para integrar las TIC en su propio aprendizaje. Se definió como objetivo de la investigación comprobar el grado de relación entre el nivel de dominio del uso de las TIC y el rendimiento académico en los estudiantes universitarios del centro sur del Perú. Se siguió una metodología cuantitativa, diseño no experimental transeccional, aplicada y de corte transversal. Se desarrolló un muestreo no probabilístico donde participaron 300 estudiantes de 5 universidades. Para medir el dominio del uso de las TIC y su relación con el rendimiento académico se utilizó un cuestionario con escalas tipo Likert. Los resultados evidenciaron una correlación significativa entre el nivel de dominio del uso de las TIC y rendimiento académico pues el valor del p-valor (0.000) <0.05 y el coeficiente de correlación de spearman fue de 0.652 siendo la correlación altamente significativa y de tipo positiva (directa) considerable. Los resultados expresan que un mejor uso de las TIC aumentaría el rendimiento académico en los estudiantes universitarios, por lo cual se desarrolló una estrategia para mejorar el nivel de domino de uso de las TIC que contribuye a aumentar el rendimiento académico en los estudiantes universitarios. Se concluye que existe relación entre el uso de las TIC con el rendimiento académico.
Woman Varayoc of Peruvian Andes

This study focuses on the importance of the symbolism of social control by the woman as the Varayoc (an office of authority of Incan origin) in a community in the Peruvian Andes. The objective is to explain the survival of the office of the Varayoc—traditionally held exclusively by men—and the acceptance of Andean women to it as a recognition of gender equality. In this field investigation, we interviewed and observed the most important activities of a woman Varayoc administering justice and present in all communal tasks. We conclude that women in the Peruvian Andes are approaching a status of equality with men in their position as the Varayoc, while maintaining the Incan tradition of local governance through the symbolism of the rod of command, which is also called Varayoc. It is evident that more women in the Andean community are interested in assuming political leadership with the symbolism of the ancestral Varayoc.
